Geaux Maids of New Orleans

Do not use. This is what a 400 dollar "deep clean" will get you from this company. Also, when I was called back after lodging my complaint, I was given a discount of only 80 bucks! I had to spend another 3 hours cleaning all of the things they didn't even touch!

I used them once and the women "deep" cleaned 3 rooms and one bathroom. It took her five hours and it was not done well. She did not even have to do the Kitchen as it was already clean. They were hired to come weekly at 11:30 am and messaged me to tell me they will be here at 8:30 am????? They do not yet know they are fired.

I had a deep and general clean of my apartment. The cleaner, Stephanie, showed up on time. I walked her through the home and went over what I wanted cleaned. Stephanie worked hard throughout the entire house to clean my place up and down. Much to my pleasant surprise she even organized areas that I didn’t go over with her in detail (as you can tell organization isn’t exactly my best trait). The entire house looks amazing, she got through every nook in the home and didn’t mind the fact that my large Labrador retriever was in the home! Overall I would say that this cleaning exceeded my expectations and I’ll be recommending them in the future

I was a customer for a year and half. If you get a good, thorough clean you’re lucky. My last clean lasted 45 minutes. She not only left the trash bag that was full, she added more trash to it. She used my vacuum and left that full, too. She half changed my bed and left the dirty comforter on. Out of the 48 cleaning points the website promised, she performed 12. I reached out less than 24 hours after and didn’t get a response until I bumped my email. During the second phone call, I was gas lit and yelled at, she proceeded to tell me that I was wrong. The owner of the company doesn’t care that his employees are giving such sub par cleans and even worse, that they aren’t following up with unhappy customers appropriately. You’re better off flushing your money down the toilet

I want you to know how very pleased I am with Geaux Maids cleaning service! My daughter lives in New Orleans & had to evacuate her home just before Hurricane Ida & was 9 months pregnant at the time. She came back & then had her baby early. I flew in from California to help but needed her house cleaned before she got home from the hospital. I booked the soonest appointment available for cleaning & wrote a note to explain what was going on, begging for a sooner appointment. Well, the folks at Geaux Maids were kind enough to arrange a cleaning in the morning before she & the new baby came home & while I was flying! How wonderful for us all to come back to a sparkling clean home! Thank you SO much for cleaning so well, and especially for being so responsive to a customer! We are happily continuing with Geaux Maids!
